Saint-Maur-des-Fossés | Bilingual French/English Nanny | Immediate Start
A family based in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés is seeking a bilingual French/English nanny to assist with their two children, a 10-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy.
The family is looking to hire an experienced, caring, and organised nanny who can provide high-quality academic support in both languages for the eldest child.
The nanny will work the following hours:
Mon: 11:30 am – 2:00 pm
Tue: /
Wed: 10:30 am – 9:00 pm
Thu: 10:30 am – 9:00 pm
Fri: 10:30 am – 6:00 pm
One 4-hour babysitting per week will also be required.
The nanny will therefore work 35 hours per week throughout the year.
As the family does not require support during holidays, the nanny will receive 10 weeks of paid annual leave.
A housekeeper is responsible for the upkeep of the home. The nanny will only be in charge of tasks related to the children: managing their clothing, maintaining their bedrooms, organising and tidying their living spaces, and handling bath time and the evening routine.
Given the parents’ work schedules, the nanny will also be expected to prepare the family’s evening meal.
Supervising the eldest child’s homework, currently in Year 6, is a key aspect of the position.
Excellent command of French is required to support her effectively.
The family prefers a candidate who can drive.
This is a live-out position.
Salary: €3,000 net per month / €20 net per hour.
Please note that only EU passport holders / candidates who already have the right to work in France will be considered.
