Nicosia, Northern Cyprus | Live In Nanny/Tutor Sort | August/September Start Date
A professional, single parent family is searching for a full time, nanny/tutor to join him in guiding the care and education of his three children.
The children are 8, 6 and 6 years old currently. The children attend an international school and speak English and Turkish at home. Ideally the nanny/tutor will speak excellent English and speak some Turkish too.
Start Date: August or September 2025
Working Hours: 8 hour days, 6 days per week ideally.
Duties: Assisting with guiding the education on the children, the new nanny will focus on understanding their academic backgrounds, will look into how to help them improve in any areas where improvement is required. The nanny/tutor will help them develop as well-rounded individuals assisting with their after-school activities schedules and help shape their manners and etiquette. The nanny/tutor will work alongside 3 trusted helpers who know the children well and will take care of all associated nursery duties. The nanny/tutor will also liaise with the children's father and their schoolteachers on their progress, help them cultivate an appreciation of culture and continue to develop good social skills. The children attend school from 8am - 4pm every weekday, the nanny may be asked to assist with school runs, driving is a plus but not needed.
Accommodation: A private bedroom and bathroom is provided for the nanny's use within the family home.
Salary: around the £1,500 per week mark, dependent on experience and qualifications.
This is a great position for a nanny/tutor who is experienced with supporting the education of school aged children and is happy to relocate to Cyprus.
