PLACED | Mumbai, India | Norland Nanny - English-Speaking Rota Nanny Required | October 2023 Start Date
A VIP family based in Mumbai, travelling worldwide, are looking for a Norland English speaking rota nanny (1 month on/1 month off) to join a set of Indian and Western nurses in order to look after their twins, a boy and a girl born in November 2022.
Four British maternity nurses and Indian nurses are currently employed.
The nanny will be focussing on the children development, will be responsible for providing all the care duties for the children and meeting the daily needs/routines; developing routines, keeping the nursery and play areas clean and tidy, the children’s laundry bathing, feeding, and ensuring the twins are reaching all age-appropriate milestones.
The nanny will be working 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Ideally, the nanny will have an early childhood development background.
Being a team player is essential as the household is fully staffed. The rota nanny will never have sole charge of the twin babies. Flexibility is also required.
The nanny will be required to travel with the family and expenses will be covered.
Business flights return each month and accommodation on duties are provided.
The nanny will have a separate bedroom and bathroom on the same floor of a separate flat with the other nannies.
The family want the rota nanny to start their employment in October 2023 and trials in Europe will take place over the summer. However, interviews will start as soon as possible.
The nanny will be employed via PAYE if employed in the UK of via the legal system if employed in the USA.
Assistance with the visa process will be provided.
The rota nanny will need to be covid and flu vaccinated.
Salary: £145,000 gross per year / £24,000 gross per month worked.
