A welcoming family based in Luxembourg are searching for a maternity nanny to join them in caring for their baby who will be 7 months old when the position begins.
Start date: November 2022
Working hours: 12 hour day, 6 days per week. If the candidate is open to working some nights per week, this can be arranged for a higher salary.
The position can be offered on a permanent or temporary basis.
Language requirements: fluent English is required, a bilingual nanny who also speaks Italian, French or German would be a big plus.
Duties: The family are searching for a confident maternity nanny, who can competently care for a baby and soon a toddler. Someone to help their baby follow a good schedule, help them sleep well, bathe them and assist and guide with breastfeeding. All general nursery duties apply including taking care of baby's laundry, keeping baby's spaces clean, a nanny confident with weaning is useful, caring for the baby on a sole charge basis is required, someone who is professional and knows when to be discreet and when to give guidance to a new family.
Travel: a nanny happy to travel with the family on holidays is needed.
Accommodation: a separate double bedroom and bathroom is provided for the maternity nanny within the family home.
Salary: A salary starting at €1,200 net per week will be considered dependent on experience and qualifications.
