Loving and flexible live-in Nanny with autism experience sought in Abu Dhabi | ASAP start

Job ref: Nanny/Abu Dhabi/SN

A friendly family living in Abu Dhabi are looking for a live-in Nanny to care for their 2-year-old boy with autism. The family has two other children aged 7 and 10. The older 2 children attend school full time so the main role is caring for the 2-year-old boy, attending classes and supporting him with different stages of development.

The Nanny will perform all the usual nursery duties and will supervise the older children with their academics.

The Nanny must have autism experience, as the youngest one is starting a behavioural therapy. The nanny also needs to have experience with older children of similar ages, to support the other children’s learning. Training around behavioural therapy can be provided for the right candidate also.

The Nanny must be flexible and be very loving with the children. The nanny will also need to be flexible at times if the parents are travelling (rarely happens, but may need to adjust hours if so) and may require additional hours, to be confirmed in advance.

The family are looking for someone to start immediately.

Working hours: 50-60 hours, 5-6 days a week.

Accommodation: A separate bedroom and bathroom will be provided to the Nanny.

Salary: £800-£1000 net per week.

The family employs other staff in the household so there is no need to cook.
