Annie Martin
Founder and Director
Annie Martin is the founder and managing director of Nannies Incorporated. Annie has business experience across the UK, France and the wider international market, and is fluent in both French and English with a good understanding of German. With a Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Pantheon-Assas and an undergraduate degree in German, Annie first worked at the European Commission in Brussels, before establishing a fashion Marketing and PR agency.
Annie founded Nannies Incorporated in 1989 in London, followed by offices in Paris and Dubai. Annie is very involved in the running of the agency supporting her team; They pride themselves on their professional and approachable service, always working hard to please both clients and nannies. They believe in personal contact and are always only a phone call away.
She is a mother of three children and has employed several maternity nurses and nannies so understands their clients’ needs first-hand. Annie’s experience is reflected in the way the agency is run – with professionalism and empathy.
Annie is also the founder and director of the charity Destiny of a Child, which works on a voluntary basis to raise money for children with disabilities by organising sporty challenges and social events. Having raised funds for profoundly deaf children in need of a cochlear implant, the charity now raises funds for children with autism.

Jodie Hunn
Overseas Consultant
Jodie Hunn runs the overseas department at Nannies Incorporated and is in charge of recruiting and placing maternity nurses, nannies and governesses with private clients worldwide (VIP and UHNW) including Europe, Middle East and Far East.
Jodie is from New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood. Following her degree, she spent 8 years as a nanny in private families worldwide. She has travelled extensively and lived in various countries throughout her nanny career, allowing her to experience a range of cultures, languages and professional experiences.
Since 2014 Jodie has been working in recruitment. Her experience as a teacher, a nanny and a recruiter makes her an asset to clients and candidates who appreciate her experience and skills.

Melissa Richardson
Recruitment Consultant
Melissa Richardson specialises in placing candidates with families in London and German speaking countries. Melissa speaks fluent German and has a degree in English Literature and History from Queen Mary, University of London.
She has in-depth experience working as a live in nanny, daily nanny, governess and rota nanny herself for over 8 years in London, Russia, Germany and Austria. This experience provides her with an insider’s perspective on working for private families, along with a strong understanding of the nanny/employer relationship. This in turn enables to find the perfect member of staff for her clients.

Candice Lestréhan
Personal Assistant to Annie Martin
Candice Lestréhan joined Nannies Incorporated as the Executive Assistant to Annie Martin, founder of the agency. Fluent in French and English, Candice gives full administrative support to the London office and is actively involved in the advertising and marketing strategies surrounding our social media campaigns. Candice holds a Masters in British and American Literature and Civilisation from the University of Bretagne Sud in France. She worked at the “Lycée International de Londres” for 2 years as an administrative assistant and is therefore a great addition to the team.

Anne Langley-Evans
Dubai Consultant
Anne Langley-Evans is living between London and Abu Dhabi and has been the representative for Nannies Incorporated in the UAE since 2009. Anne spent 20 years working in the City of London and as an MBA and Degree in Business Administration & Accounting. As a working mother herself Anne has successfully employed nannies and understands client’s individual needs and requirements. Anne has a vast knowledge of living abroad as she has lived in the UK, Hong Kong, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Christine Brewis
Digital Marketing Consultant
Christine Brewis has worked with Nannies Incorporated in an advisory and consulting role since 2017. With ten years' experience in project management and digital marketing, Christine leads on website projects and marketing campaigns for the agency, supported by the wider Nannies Incorporated team. She holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.
