Annie Martin is the founder and managing director of Nannies Incorporated. Annie has business experience across the UK, France and the wider international market. She is fluent in both French and English. With a Law Degree from the University of Pantheon-Assas in Paris and an undergraduate degree in German, Annie first worked at the European Commission in Brussels, before establishing herself in business in London.
Annie established Nannies Incorporated in 1989 with the belief that a nanny is an extension of a family and as such needs a personal and tailored made approach from an agency to ensure the correct match.
Annie believes in close personal contact with clients and nannies and has instilled this throughout the agency; the team will always have time for you on the phone.
Annie’s experience with the childcare needs of her own family is reflected in the way the agency is run, placing professionalism and empathy above all else.
Annie is also the founder and director of the charity Destiny of a Child, which works on a voluntary basis to raise money for children with disabilities by organising sports-based challenges and social events.
Recruitment Consultant - Overseas Desk
Having joined the agency in 2019, Jodie is a valued member of the agency.
Jodie Hunn heads the Overseas Desk at Nannies Incorporated and is responsible for recruiting and placing maternity nurses, nannies and governesses with private clients worldwide in Europe, the Middle East and across Asia.
She is also very involved in the development of social medias and marketing campaigns.
Jodie is from New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood. Following her degree, she spent 8 years as a nanny in private families worldwide. She has travelled extensively and lived in various countries throughout her nanny career, allowing her to experience a range of cultures, languages and professional experiences. Her broad experience as a nanny allows her to bring a unique understanding of the nanny-family dynamic to her role, and she prides herself on carefully considering all Overseas placements.
In 2014 Jodie moved into recruitment and found that her experience as a teacher, a nanny and a recruiter was an asset to clients and candidates who appreciate her wide-reaching experience and skills.
Recruitment Consultant - London Desk
Melissa Richardson specialises in placing candidates with families in London and German-speaking countries.
Melissa speaks fluent German and has a degree in English Literature and History from Queen Mary, University of London.
She has in-depth experience as, prior to joining Nannies Incorporated, Melissa worked as a live-in nanny, daily nanny, governess and rota nanny herself for over 8 years in London, Russia, Germany and Austria. Melissa’s experience provides her with an insider’s perspective on working for private families, along with a strong understanding of the nanny-employer relationship.
Melissa is currently on maternity leave, after welcoming her beautiful baby boy into the world.
Executive Assistant - Marketing Operations and Paris Desk Administrator
Candice Lestréhan joined Nannies Incorporated as the Executive Assistant to Annie Martin, founder of the agency. Fluent in French and English, Candice gives full administrative support to the team and is actively involved in advertising and marketing strategies and execution. Since joining Nannies Incorporated in 2019, Candice has moved from strength to strength and, since 2019, has worked under Annie on our Paris Desk, aiding with the sourcing of candidates, advertising and social medias.Candice holds a Masters in British and American Literature and Civilisation from the University of Bretagne Sud in France. She moved to London to work as a nanny and started to work in administration in 2018.
Recruitment Consultant - UAE Desk
Anne Langley-Evans lives between London and Abu Dhabi and has been the representative for Nannies Incorporated in the UAE since 2009. Anne spent 20 years working in the City of London and as an MBA and Degree in Business Administration & Accounting. As a working mother herself Anne has successfully and happily employed several nannies and understands client’s individual needs and requirements. Anne has a vast knowledge of expatriate living, having lived in the UK, Hong Kong, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Digital Marketing Consultant
Christine Brewis has worked with Nannies Incorporated in an advisory and consulting role since 2017.
With ten years' experience in project management and digital marketing, Christine leads on website projects and marketing campaigns for the agency, supported by the wider Nannies Incorporated team.
She holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.
