Founder and Director
Annie Martin is the founder and managing director of Nannies Incorporated. She qualified as a lawyer in Paris in 1980, worked at the European Commission in Brussels and has acquired business experience in the UK and worldwide. Annie founded Nannies Incorporated in 1989 in London, followed by offices in Paris and Dubai. She is very involved in the running of the three offices, gives her full support to her consultants and oversees the recruitment at the London office. Being also a mother of three children who employed maternity nurses and nannies in the past, Annie’s experience is reflected in the way the agency is run – with professionalism and empathy. Annie is also the director of Destiny of a Child, a registered charity which supports children with autism.
Melissa Richardson specialises in placing candidates with families in London and German speaking countries. Melissa speaks fluent German and has a degree in English Literature and History from Queen Mary, University of London. She has in-depth experience working as a live in nanny, daily nanny, governess and rota nanny herself for over 8 years in London, Russia, Germany and Austria. This experience provides her with an insider’s perspective on working for private families, along with a strong understanding of the nanny/employer relationship. This in turn enables to find the perfect member of staff for her clients.
Sophie has been working in our Paris office since 2014 and works along with the Director Annie Martin. Prior to joining Nannies Incorporated Sophie managed another recruitment agency. Being a mother herself, Sophie understands the needs of parents looking for a nanny or a maternity nurse. Sophie loves to travel and appreciates the fast-paced way of life of some of our clients. She has lived in Asia and perfected her English by living in London and obtaining her English certificate from Cambridge.
Anne Langley-Evans is living between London and Abu Dhabi and has been the representative for Nannies Incorporated in the UAE since 2009. Anne spent 20 years working in the City of London and as an MBA and Degree in Business Administration & Accounting. As a working mother herself Anne has successfully employed nannies and understands client’s individual needs and requirements. Anne has a vast knowledge of living abroad as she has lived in the UK, Hong Kong, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Jodie Hunn runs the overseas department at Nannies Incorporated and is in charge of recruiting and placing maternity nurses, nannies and governesses with private clients worldwide (VIP and UHNW) including Europe, Middle East and Far East.
Jodie is from New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood. Following her degree, she spent 8 years as a nanny in private families worldwide. She has travelled extensively and lived in various countries throughout her nanny career, allowing her to experience a range of cultures, languages and professional experiences.
Since 2014 Jodie has been working in recruitment. Her experience as a teacher, a nanny and a recruiter makes her an asset to clients and candidates who appreciate her experience and skills.
Rose Bayona Tadia
London Housekeeper Assistant
Rose Bayona Tadia supports Nannies Incorporated on a part-time basis with the recruitment of housekeepers and nanny-housekeepers. Rose has worked as a professional London housekeeper in private homes for the past 15 years, as well as having worked in Singapore and Dubai. Prior to working as a housekeeper, Rose worked as a recruitment consultant for a housekeeper agency in the Philippines. Rose allows us understand our candidates better and gives us the opportunity to recruit only the best housekeepers in London.
Personal Assistant to Annie Martin
Candice Lestréhan joined Nannies Incorporated as the Executive Assistant to Annie Martin, founder of the agency. Fluent in French and English, Candice gives full administrative support to the London office and is actively involved in the advertising and marketing strategies surrounding our social media campaigns. Candice holds a Master in British and American literature and civilisation from the University of Bretagne Sud in France. She worked at the “Lycée International de Londres” for 2 years as an administrative assistant and is therefore a great addition to the team.
