After 37 extraordinary years, Nannies Incorporated is closing its books.

When I founded the agency in 1989, it came from a very personal place. Having stepped away from my first career in law, I saw an opportunity to create something special - an agency built on understanding, trust, and a truly personal approach.

From the very beginning, I believed that maternity nurses and nannies are not just employees, they are an extension of the family. That belief has guided every placement, every conversation, and every relationship we have built over the years. Nannies Incorporated has never been just about recruitment - it has always been about people. It has been about taking the time to listen, to understand, and to ensure that each match felt right for everyone involved.

Now, the time has come for me to step back. With the welcoming of four wonderful grandchildren in recent years, I am very much looking forward to this next chapter and to turn my attention fully to my family.

I want to extend my warmest and most sincere thanks to every client, every candidate and every team member, I have had the privilege of working with over the last four decades. Every day brought its challenges and joy.
