Recruitment Administrator / Consultant

Nannies Incorporated is a very successful international recruitment agency, established 28 years ago and based in Regent Street, London. We are a professional, yet approachable and friendly team.

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator / Consultant to support the day-to-day running of the London office. Within two months, we will offer you the opportunity to progress to a Recruitment Consultant position, whilst continuing the administrative tasks.

We are looking for a candidate who…

  • Is motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic
  • Has excellent telephone manners, impeccable verbal and written English skills
  • Is knowledgeable of social media
  • Enjoys working in a small and friendly team of 3 people in the London office

 Your main duties will cover, but will not be limited to, the following tasks:

  • Answering email and phone enquiries from clients and candidates
  • Managing advertising and internal admin system
  • Dealing with social media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, writing blogs and so on)
  • Typing CVs and checking references
  • Learning alongside a consultant

Previous office experience is essential but not necessarily in the same field.

Package Offered

  • Basic salary of £21,000 plus commissions offered after 2 months depending on your experience
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am till 6pm, Friday 9am - 5pm
  • Start date: Flexible
