English Speaking Housekeeper Needed in Amsterdam + International Travel | ASAP Start Date

Job ref: Amsterdam/1C

A lovely, homely European family are looking for a full-time, live-in housekeeper to join them and help care for their house and assist with their 1 year old daughter.

The working hours will be Monday – Friday, 10 – 12 hours per day.

The duties include loading and unloading the dishwasher, help with family laundry, assist with cooking preparation, keeping the kitchen and main areas of the house clean and tidy, assisting with household management, answering the door and receiving parcels and occassionally caring for the family's little girl. The successful candidate will be comfortable working as part of a family unit and taking instruction.

The family are based in Amsterdam, but frequently visit LA, where they have a second home. The role will involve regular travel as the family often travel internationally, so a candidate who enjoys travel and is an organised packer for the whole family will be essential.

The family are looking for a candidate who is kind, caring and flexible. The family would welcome the housekeeper as part of their family and are hoping to find someone looking for a long term commitment. The family describe their household as family-orientated and relaxed.

Accommodation provided would be a separate bedroom and bathroom within the family home.

The salary is £600 - £800 net per week. Start date is ASAP.

The agency has met with the family and can provide more information for candidates registered and considering the position.
