Founder and Director
Annie Martin is the founder and managing director of Nannies Incorporated. She qualified as a lawyer in Paris in 1980, worked at the European Commission in Brussels and has acquired business experience in the UK and worldwide. Annie founded Nannies Incorporated in 1989 in London, followed by offices in Paris and Dubai. She is very involved in the running of the three offices and gives her full support to her consultants. Being also a mother of three children who employed maternity nurses and nannies in the past, Annie’s experience is reflected in the way the agency is run – with professionalism and empathy. Annie is also the director of Destiny of a Child, a registered charity which supports cochlear implantation for profoundly deaf children.
Sophie Krenke manages our Paris office and has been working for Nannies Incorporated since 2014. Sophie gained her recruitment experience by managing, for nine years, a tour guide and stewardess agency, who are members of the Paris Tourist Board. Sophie's professional experience helps her to understand the needs of parents looking for the perfect nanny or maternity nurse. Sophie is well travelled and therefore understands the way of life of some of our clients. She has lived in Asia and has perfected her English by living in London and has obtained her Cambridge English certificate.
Head of Overseas Recruitment
Jana Valabikova runs the Overseas Department at Nannies Incorporated and is in charge of recruiting and placing nannies and governesses with private clients worldwide, including the Middle East and France. Jana is from Slovakia and graduated with M.A. Degree in English Linguistics & History and a post-graduate degree in Translation Studies from the University of Westminster. Before joining Nannies Incorporated, she worked as an English teacher and translator.
London Nanny and Maternity Nurse Consultant
Emma Henderson is in charge of recruiting and placing nannies and governesses in Central London and maternity nurses worldwide and joined Nannies Incorporated in 2012. Emma graduated with a Primary Education Degree and after graduating spent a year supply teaching in primary schools, teaching ages 5 to 11. Prior to higher education, Emma spent her summers working for a private family as their nanny caring for a little boy and this previous experience working in childcare has made her an asset to the team.
Anne Langley-Evans is based in Abu Dhabi and is the representative for Nannies Incorporated in the UAE since 2009.
Anne has a Degree in Business Administration & Accounting as well as an MBA. Anne has spent 20 years working in the City of London. As a working mother herself Anne has successfully employed nannies and understands your individual needs and requirements. Anne has a vast knowledge of living abroad as she has lived in the UK, Hong Kong, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
