A welcoming French/American family based in Florence are searching for a French speaking nanny to join them in caring for their 4 children.
The family have triplets aged 6 years old and a 4 year old.
Start Date: November 2022 but very flexible for the right candidate.
Working hours: 40-50 per week, spread over 5 days.
Duties: All the usual nanny duties are involved including school drop offs and pick-ups, the children attend the French school in Florence, speaking to the children in French, devising fun activities for them at home and out and about, working alongside parents to help them improve their French language skills, have fun and follow boundaries. Mum and dad are very approachable and happy to be involved. Some nursery duties may apply although the family have a housekeeper so likely only very light duties such as cooking for the children or assisting with children's laundry if needed.
Travel: The family do like to travel and would like their nanny to accompany them, they plan to go to the mountains over winter break and will have other trips organised soon for school holidays.
Accommodation: A separate apartment will be provided for nanny's use nearby.
Salary: A competitive salary of around 4,500 euros net per month is offered, dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
This is a lovely position for a friendly nanny, looking to relocate to Florence and work with a welcoming family.
