Every maternity nurse or nanny is asked to come to the agency and is interviewed by one of our experienced consultants. Maternity nurses and nannies are asked to complete an application form providing their personal details and information about their experience, qualifications and employment history.
We check
the identity of each maternity nurse and nanny against her driving license, passport or birth certificate
the reasons for any gaps in their employment history
the original certificate of qualification: in the absence of an original certificate we verify the qualification with the relevant awarding body or college
the validity of the Criminal Record Check of each maternity nurse and nanny
at least two references to confirm the competence and suitability of each maternity nurse and nanny
Close contact with clients
We put forward maternity nurses and nannies only for positions for which they appear to be suited by their qualifications, experience and personality. We provide full and relevant information to both the prospective employee and the employer before the interview. We respect the confidentiality of our clients.
We provide our clients with a detailed C.V. and references of the maternity nurse and nanny candidates. We liaise between client, maternity nurse and nanny to arrange a telephone interview and then the interview of the candidate at your family home. Clients are welcome to visit our office to discuss their requirements in further detail.
Once the placement is secured, we provide assistance with travel arrangements, medical insurance and contract of employment.
